About
I am an Independent Financial Adviser (IFA), regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority. My practice specialises in pensions (both in the saving and withdrawal phases), inheritance tax mitigation, and long-term budgeting and modelling.
In addition to providing thorough and effective advice, my focus is on making sure my clients feel empowered to use their money in the way that best suits them, and to plan for the future with confidence.
The relationship of the financial planner and client is a long-term one; potentially guiding the client from setting up their first pension, right through to Inheritance Tax planning and making provision for future generations. It’s vital that you feel your adviser is someone you can talk to, who will make the time to understand your situation and financial needs.
Initial meetings, which are always free and with no obligation, help me work out if I can assist the client, or whether they need to be referred on to another professional such as an accountant or solicitor. They also, vitally, allow the client to decide if they would be happy working with me; giving and receiving financial advice is a very personal matter, and the client must trust and feel confident in their adviser.
